I haven't always been the coach you see today, I used to be an all-or-nothing party girl who struggled to manage her weight being 90kgs and hated herself. I then went to the next extreme of restricting myself and getting into bodybuilding and even managed to be featured on a magazine cover. The one thing that was missing from all of this was balance! I would constantly yoyo diet and ended up regaining the 30kgs I had lost.

  • I was desperate to be the picture-perfect cover girl again, but I realised that wasn't who I was anymore. I needed to rebuild myself because I couldn't keep comparing myself to "who I used to be" as I wasn't that person anymore. I wanted to train for strength because it made me feel good not because it could help me lose weight. I wanted to eat the food I loved and not tell myself this was the last time I would binge until my stomach hurt. 


    Going through all of this made me determined to learn about nutrition so I could teach people how to live a sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle and not go through what I went through. I met my husband, who is an ex-chef. He taught me how to make delicious, easy-to-cook food. Combining this with my knowledge, I now help women eat the food they love and teach them to train to be strong and healthy. This will suit their current situation and help them become the person they want to be, not who they were.

I'm a women’s strength and hypertrophy coach who empowers individuals to become their strongest, most confident selves. I specialise in lifting heavy weights, working with women and men and helping them build powerful physiques to achieve their fitness goals. 

  • With expertise in pre and post-natal wellness, I'm dedicated to supporting women at every stage of their lives - whether overcoming female health issues or stepping onto the powerlifting platform for the first time. My passion is helping everyone feel their absolute best, no matter where they are on their journey.

Widely across your socials as Chef Carl, I started my cheffing career straight out of high school working in local cafes and restaurants before moving to more finer dining my area had to offer. After a career in cooking spanning nearly 7 years, it wasn’t until I met Hollie that my love for cooking and her lack of ability on the pans brought me to this stage.

  • Now working closely with Hollie and the My Body by Hollie team I am thrilled to be able to bring you some joy and knowledge to have your own love for food that is simple but effective for everyday life. I look forward to bringing you fresh, simple, delicious healthy meals that make your life easier so you can spend more time doing the things you love.
